Chandler House Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Care is able to provide hospice care, or end-of-life care, for our residents whose medical needs increase as they approach death.

Although you will find Chandler House Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Care to be a place full of life and joy, we recognize and share the sadness that goes along with the inevitable permanent departure of those suffering with Alzheimer’s Disease.
